Tough Floors have done it again!!We have engaged with Euan and his team twice in the past year or so, and both experiences have been very positive. I would thoroughly recommend Tough Floors to others looking for this same finish.Being on the Gold Coast, and living in a unit complex we often find it difficult to get trades out to do jobs like this for us, as they may seem, on face value, quite small. With Euan and his team this hasn’t been the case at all. We had our two balconies resurfaced in a light sandy colour to draw in the beach colours which looks fantastic, and then when we extended our balcony a year or so later to include an old unused planter box, Euan’s local Gold Coast team member, Paul, took on the job with no hesitation. What an excellent and seamless process and having Paul in the local region was a real plus. Paul engaged with us throughout the works, as did Euan the first time around, he was punctual, engaging and did a fantastic job. We couldn’t have asked for a better finish or for better tradies.
